News is just here that a general election and provincial elections this coming fall at an Islamist political rally in Pakistan there was a suicide bomber exploding at least 10 kilograms of explosive material killing nearly 38 and much more injured. However, no one has claimed responsibility for this attack and the motive for the explosion cannot be ascertained. The incidence just before an election to be held in a few months raises many eyebrows politically nationally and internationally.
