The Bible story started before the printing press came into existence. Today the Bible that you hold in your hand or in your pockets started it's first publishing 1000s of years before the first printed Bible. Right from the story of the Genesis right up to the book of Revelations was completed by hand 1000s of years before the invention of the printing press. Scholars sat together and painstakingly composed together the Bible with hand. They sat for hours and for months solely in compiling the Bible. Every bit of discovery of manuscripts was written together by scholars. Today with advancement we can replicate the Bible within a few hours. That's how the pocket size Bible to huge and heavy Bible's today was first written by hand. The Church had special skilled people with the task. It's so much with so few facilities the Bible came into existence over the ages. It's life we carry or the Real Person we've when we have the Bible and it's called Holy Bible because of it.
