It was pretty much VP Mike Pence style of talking diplomacy, very much in the same way he put Biden as the 46th President. This is his biggest failure in diplomacy in communication or his own copy-cat style of expressing himself.

He is very careful in choosing the right words, but when it comes to a public official he miserably fails. Having said it all, he is the weakest choice among the republicans in the race to be nominated running for office in 2024.
