Israel-Hamas war: Defense Reserves join the IDF

As I am writing this post reporting there is an intense exchange of fire on both sides and the civilian deaths continue increasing. Israel has said that it has around 300,000 reservists who can join the IDF at anytime.

We know that on October the 7th Hamas attacked festival goers from the south of Gaza which left around 1400 Israelis dead and hundreds of Israeli hostages taken by Hamas.

We know of reserves to be used in times of emergency to protect and save lives. This is wrongly misinterpreted to deploy the reserves in the battlefield not as it should be. The situation is getting worse and not as it should.
