In the world of sports, there are countless opportunities for athletes to showcase their strength and abilities. Whether it's on the football field, basketball court, or in the weight room, athletes have the chance to prove themselves as dominant forces in their respective sports.

One place where athletes can truly demonstrate their strength is in powerlifting events. Powerlifting competitions consist of three lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. These lifts require immense amounts of strength and technique, making them a true test of an athlete's power.
