Wrestlers Protest: Justice for wrestlers Part 3

The age should be taken into consideration of the athletes and why it is important for them now? By this time these athletes would have been practicing for the upcoming game which is not happening. Money cannot buy respect. You must work for it. These women have worked and earned it. Not having to go into all details the matter should have been resolved by now taking into the importance of sports, the case is being let to slip and fade away. Never let sports to slip into politics and these women wrestlers haven’t got themselves involved in politics. Taking into the consideration all the positive sides to the protest a quick decision needs to taken as quickly as possible. This is not a show of strength to see who finally wins and who was right in the least?

Ukraine: Russia carries out mad airstrikes on Kyiv

This is completely insane on part of Russia to carry out airstrikes on Kyiv in daylight. On both sides the parties don’t seem to be strong enough to carry on with this war. Without a clear deadline for this war the war can take more ugly proportions in the coming days. Hopefully, both Ukraine and Russia must put down all weapons down in the coming days otherwise only a catastrophic event will bring an end to this war more likely soon. Here are a few suggestions for Russia and Ukraine for a negotiated settlement: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Wrestlers Protest: Justice for wrestlers Part 2

Was it wrong on part of the harassed women wrestlers to protest silently? The way they are mishandled by the bureaucracy is a clear blot on Indian democracy and the way our politicians behave once they are given power. The case is about sexual harassment in the hands of a politician Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and the party to which he belongs happens to be the BJP the ruling party in the centre. Nothing so far has been done except the case against the defending party is in the court. The case is of sexual harassment which hitherto has not been heard about from the sports fraternity in India. The question is do the victims have to wait for an action on behalf of the BJP from the government? We have heard of such incidents abroad as was in the case of Brittney Griner. It is time for our politicians and political parties to open their eyes. India cannot pride itself of anything in this country, if sports doesn’t get it’s right treatment.

SUDAN: Conflict intensifies in Khartoum Part 2

In response to a comment that I posted to a video on YouTube stressing the fact and questioning what the UK has achieved so far through diplomacy. A good hearted person has replied saying in the last war many countries had given them refuge and now let them die just like animals. Giving a helping hand or refuge to someone is humane in nature, but beyond that giving a home or an address to someone alone isn’t just complete. The UK has not seen the obvious and that’s my point. If you give a coin to a beggar you’re also helping him. As elected officials you’re responsible to do more not just resettling someone. So if you’re treating refugees also as beggars that was not my question? My question doesn’t need me to question a second time.

Sudan: Conflict intensifies in Khartoum

As we hear it in the news the conflict in Sudan has intensified and also heart breaking news of the attitudes of governments. Not even one hundred percent justice is being done by the governments who claim to be peacemakers. Unless and until your, very family is affected by crisis or because of conflict a crisis or conflict is not going to affect who call themselves as ministers, lawmakers, heads of government and the titles given to these people is endless and the list goes long like qualifications behind names. There is no sign or clear interest shown by anyone. As such like everywhere else people are only interested in themselves and not in the people who are the big suffers. Elections are being seen as a wheel of fortune and as an opportunity make money. How will any such pitiable people be able to talk of diplomacy in Sudan, let alone do something or even fend for themselves?

Ron Desantis: Not my hype type of person for the job

Heard it in the news that the Florida Governor could not get his announcement on Twitter due to some technicality on time, not his baby anyway! But, Ron has not done anything further to make matters better for his supporters. The issue might be small, but not small enough that can put in the backburner. In the event that if he is elected as the President of the United States he would do the same thing if something does not pan out correctly from his view point. A hard line conservative! He is not fast enough to see the problems coming and prepare himself and others for any eventuality. If he is going to use his office as the president to sail through his term in office there is not going to be much difference between him and someone who will be helping others to make money letting his own ship to sink. So far there is no announcement from Ron Desantis with the problem on twitter and nothing seems to be forthcoming from him or his campaign team. This is the time America is facing and ha...

Uvalde: Unanswered questions still not having an answer to parent’s questions

Last year in 2022 exactly 365 days past a school in the Texas state in the US came under a violent attack which involved a mass shooter randomly shooting kids in a classroom. It is believed the mass shooter who was neutralized and killed later was a former student from the same school. There are many questions still unanswered to the parents of the lost children who haven’t got any reply so far. This shooting is of utmost importance because one year after it still worries other parents in other places whether the same thing would ever happen to their children too in the future? Now given the nature of the time, place and the shooter there needs only one question that needs answer would answer all other questions surrounding the suspense around this one of a kind instance in the US which is always coming under such attacks similar and same from other places in the US frequently. Where does the problem really lie is it with the school, the authority or the parents to be more careful and ...
