Under the present conditions prevailing the President or the speaker whoever has the powers or the Supreme court judge or the justices including all the present and from the past should be considering a referendum under the law. In order to revive back faster the conditions are much favorable for a referendum than any other political move. Any other political move will be not favorable. Just under three days to make a decision first and foremost the nation has to unite. The higher call is for transparency more than a facelift. Simply a headcount of the prevailing ruling and other leaders isn't enough. Leadership must be inclusive including the present generation of leaders. Not just emptying of old wine into a new bottle. A new generation of leaders must emerge. As the saying the old paves the way for the new.

1. Respond to higher calling.

3. & 4. Fast recovery and future plans.

5. National unity.
