In the worse come worst scenario as in the case of the bomber who had been responsible for the 202 lives lost in the bombing. No prisoner of this magnitude can be justly justified for a reduction in jail term only for good behaviour. We also want to see how much productive has he been to justify for a reduction in his sentence term. We need to ask a few questions before it is safe to release this prisoner free in world:
Q1: Is the prisoner justified for an extension of his term?
Q2: How productive has the prisoner been to qualify for a reduction in the jail term?
Q3: Who can make the final recommendation for the prisoner to prove that he is now qualified for a reduction in his jail term?
To ask all the above three questions will ensure the general safety of the public, before passing any judgement.
