Hollywood: Actors join striking writers on the streets revisited

This is insane for the company to earn all the money after a production is over and you don’t pay the writers and the actors a penny from your profits after that?

I would rather call this as silly than insane. The writers and the actors will be eligible for a life-long compensation till they are alive. You don’t go by the rule of thumb, instead you use common sense.

The Hollywood industry has almost come to a stand-still after the production studios have violated the rules in the contract with the actors and the writers when they were taken into the production and now they are demanding rightful compensation as long as they live.
