President Putin made three visits to the Vatican and met with the Pontiff in all the three occasions. Why is the Pontiff silent?
When a Wagner mercenary group head Yevgeny Prigozhin could bring a heartache for Putin three weeks ago, cannot the Pontiff bring President Putin to his knees? After all the orthodox church of Russia was once a part of the Holy See until the tenth century. Why cannot the Pontiff if Putin turned down a request from him to visit Russia open a direct contact with the Russian Orthodox Church?
How could Putin take control over the Orthodox Church of Russia and why cannot the Pontiff initiate a rebellion inside the Orthodox Church so that we can clearly see who are the clergy with Putin?
Here is my small suggestion to the Pontiff, he must act now and should not make an indirect or direct meeting with Putin.
