US-Vietnam deal: Is China going to retaliate against the US and Vietnam because of this deal?

Biden has doubled down on its economic failures. The deal was not one to be signed between a leader of the free world and the heads of Vietnam. This deal could have been done with one of his secretaries in the government, but when it has been agreed between a leader of the free world and a small nation like Vietnam the US is on its knees once again.

Whatever the US administration wants to give as an explanation this is not going to seen as diplomacy at all by China, Russia or North Korea or any of the countries opposed to the US. The US has failed in diplomacy.

Rather this is nothing more than damage control for Biden.
