Biden's Alarming Approach: Crying Wolf Over Lebanon as Middle East Conflict Escalates

Sadly enough, instead of trying to answer who would bell the cat, Joe Biden has started crying wolf, wolf, wolf regarding the escalating situation in South Lebanon. In his speech at the UNGA, he failed to make clear the real ground situation in Lebanon. An attempt could have been made to calm the tempers in Lebanon, according to all leading newsprint and digital media news going around everywhere.

He promised to bring a ceasefire within a week after the situation in the Middle East worsened. He said, this in his address to the UNGA. At this moment he has said that the situation can further worsen into breaking into a war. Biden's failure to address completely and clearly for over a year has worsened the crisis in Gaza and to spill into Lebanon now.

Netanyahu's visit to attend the UNGA should be seen as an opportunity by the UNSC and should be taken advantage of for negotiating a deal for the escalating Middle East conflict. All five members of the UNSC should come together voting against the escalating Middle East war.
